She commenced her career in banking and finance, spending 10 years with the Commonwealth Bank, before moving into real estate sales in NSW.
A move to the Gold Coast QLD in 2006 presented Shauna with the chance to change focus into Funds Management, providing the opportunity to gain expertise in Australian property and equity funds, as well as international property schemes with a boutique Fund Manager.
Shauna joined Horizon Housing Company in 2014 providing governance support and advice to the Executive Management and Board of Directors prior to, and during, Horizon’s amalgamation with Community Housing Limited (CHL). The CHL Group has offices Australia wide, and seven international offices. Shauna is located in the Robina, QLD office and is the liaison for the CHL international groups and Company Secretary for two of CHL Group's entities; Horizon Housing Realty Ltd, a licensed Real Estate Agency operating across several Australian states and Australian Affordable Housing Securities Ltd, an Australian Financial Services Licensee and Funds Manager.
