Anthony (Nino), NED, is highly qualified and experienced as a CEO for over 12 years, a NED for over 8 years, and a Board Chair for over 5 years. 

Experienced in development and management of social housing over 30 years including development of cooperative housing London, Chairmanship of London Borough of Camden council housing authority in the 1980’s, co-ordinator-housing cooperative programs – Victorian Ministry of Housing & Construction 1989-1991, established and developed Community Housing Ltd (CHL) to the present day

Sonya Beyers is Managing Director of Governance by Design, a leading consultancy and advisory form guiding boards to evaluate the governance, processes and legal frameworks in their organization, refine the director/board relationship and foster leadership from the boardroom.

Michael is the Managing Director of Social Infrastructure Investment Partners, the fund manager of the Synergis Fund which invests in disability housing. Michael took up the role in 2021 and prior to that lead the Impact Investing team at Social Ventures Australia from 2017

Gavin is a Chartered Accountant registered in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Gavin holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree together with a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting.
